UCF went 1-for-2 in the men's college basketball polls on Monday, Jan. 5.
For the first time this season, the Knights (12-1) cracked the Associated Press top 25, debuting in the final spot. They just missed the USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll, falling one vote short of No. 25 SMU.

Their placement comes just two days after an upset of then-No. 17 Kansas in their Big 12 opener. UCF has now won 11 straight games. Its only loss occurred nearly two months ago, on Nov. 8, against Vanderbilt, which remains one of the country's six undefeated teams.
Before the Knights return to the court against Oklahoma State on Tuesday, here is a full look at the two sets of rankings.
