The Green Bay Packers announced the claiming of cornerback Trevon Diggs off waivers and two more changes to the practice squad roster on Thursday.
After making 14 different roster moves between Tuesday and Wednesday, the Packers added two more on Thursday, placing practice squad tight end McCallan Castles on injured reserve and filling his spot on the practice squad by signing safety Mark Perry.

Over the last three days, the Packers signed four players from the practice squad to the 53-man roster and signed five new players to the practice squad.
Castles was signed to the Packers practice squad on Nov. 4. He was not elevated to the gameday roster at any point during the regular season.
Perry went undrafted out of TCU in 2024. He has spent time with five different teams over the last two seasons, including a long stint on the practice squad of the New England Patriots last season and a brief stint with the Chicago Bears during training camp this year.
Perry played 117 snaps for the Miami Dolphins during the 2024 preseason and 30 snaps over two games with the Bears during the 2025 preseason.
