Sometimes, a change of scenery is needed.
After an injury-riddled four seasons in Eugene with the Oregon Ducks, wide receiver Kyler Kasper will reportedly be entering the transfer portal at the beginning of January, per a report from ESPN, looking for a new team for his final years of college eligibility. A member of the 2022 recruiting class, Kasper played in 23 games during his Oregon career, catching six passes for 77 yards.

Kasper, who will have two years of eligibility remaining, assuming that he is able to receive a medical hardship for one of the multiple seasons he missed due to an injury, was one of the top recruits that Oregon coach Dan Lanning picked up early in his tenure at Oregon. Standing at 6-foot-6, Kasper was rated as the No. 159 overall player and No. 25 in his 2022 class.
Unfortunately, he was never able to crack the receiver rotation, and multiple foot injuries kept him sidelined for much of his time in Eugene.
Kasper now becomes the eighth player to announce their transfer from the Ducks in this cycle.
