According to Fox NFL insider Jay Glazer, left tackle Trent Williams will be in uniform Sunday after being listed earlier as a game-day decision due to a hamstring injury that sidelined him for the season finale.

Williams was named a Second-Team All-Pro at left tackle, reinforcing his reputation as one of the NFL’s elite offensive linemen. The four-time All-Pro started 16 games in 2025 and posted a 91.5 overall grade from Pro Football Focus, the third-highest mark among all offensive tackles.
San Francisco also addressed depth at wide receiver by elevating Malik Turner from the practice squad, as Ricky Pearsall is trending toward missing his second straight game with knee and ankle injuries. Pearsall is officially listed as questionable after failing to practice all week. Glazer described his status as an “uphill battle” and noted he is a “legit game time decision.”

The 49ers additionally elevated linebacker Jalen Graham, a seventh-round pick in 2023, to bolster the position with Tatum Bethune now on injured reserve and both Dee Winters and Luke Gifford trending toward not playing despite being listed as questionable. While there had been speculation that veteran Kyzir White might factor into the game plan against Philadelphia, he was not elevated from the practice squad.
The 49ers and Eagles are scheduled to kick off at 4:30 p.m. ET on Sunday.
