One more week to go this season, and the top seed in each conference is still in play, and there are two games with a division title on the line.

The following AFC teams have clinched a playoff spot: Denver Broncos (13-3) – AFC West Champs, New England Patriots (13-3) – AFC East Chamops, Jacksonville Jaguars (12-4), Buffalo Bills (11-5), Houston Texans (11-5), and the Los Angeles Chargers (11-5).

Here are the teams in the NFC who have clinched: Seattle Seahawks (13-3), San Francisco 49ers (12-4), Chicago Bears (11-5) – NFC North Champs, Philadelphia Eagles (11-5) – NFC East Champs, Los Angeles Rams (11-5), and the Green Bay Packers (9-6-1).
