Lady Vols-Auburn basketball series

No. 22 Tennessee (9-3, 1-0 SEC) will play at Auburn (11-4, 0-1 SEC) on Sunday.

Tipoff between the Lady Vols and Tigers is slated for 4 p.m. EST at Neville Arena in Auburn, Alabama. SEC Network will televise the matchup.

Sunday will mark the 63rd meeting between the two schools.

Tennessee has a 50-12 record in previous games during the series, dating to the 1979-80 season. The Lady Vols have won three consecutive games against Auburn and have also prevailed in nine of the last 10 contests during the series. Tennessee and the Tigers first played on Feb. 9, 1980 with the Lady Vols prevailing, 72-61.

Tennessee last played Auburn on Feb. 22, 2025 with the Lady Vols earning a, 99-61, victory at Food City Center. The final score represented the Lady Vols' largest victory in the series. The Tigers last defeated Tennessee, 71-61, on Jan. 27, 2022.
