Hooker Lewis Lloyd has signed a contract extension to remain with Ospreys beyond the end of the 2025-26 campaign.
The 22-year-old has signed on during ongoing uncertainty about the future make up of Welsh professional rugby, which could be reduced from four to three teams - as proposed by the Welsh Rugby Union.

Ospreys boss Mark Jones cited Lloyd's "invaluable qualities" in his rise from their regional pathway to senior status, marked by "his desire to compete, to keep improving and his willingness to adapt his role to support the team".
Jones added: "His set piece ability is constantly improving and combined with his work rate and ability to set the tone in defence, he has a bright career ahead of him."
Lewis said: "This club means a lot to me so signing a new deal was a no-brainer. I came through the academy, made my professional debut and have grown a lot as a player since that time."
Ospreys have not confirmed the duration of Lloyd's new deal.
