While the transfer portal window has been open for a few days, there has been plenty of movement across college football and unfortunately, Notre Dame has lost another player to the portal.
Wide receiver KK Smith entered on Monday afternoon according to Pete Nakos after spending the last two seasons with the Irish. He caught 11 passes for 161 yards with two scores, but couldn’t find a consistent role within the offense.

At one point the Texas native was committed to Texas Tech, who has shown a willingness to pay for portal players. There could be a reunion between the two, but it may be too early to tell if that will be the case.
We wish KK the best as he will look for a new team to catch passes for.
