Wisconsin landed a transfer commitment from Bowling Green transfer tight end Jacob Harris on Saturday.
Harris entered the portal last week after three years at Bowling Green. He originally joined the Falcons as a two-star recruit in the class of 2023, ranked specifically as the No. 2,306 player in the class, the No. 300 wide receiver and the No. 93 recruit from his home state of Ohio. After redshirting as a true freshman in 2023, Harris appeared in 22 games over the last two seasons, totaling 21 catches for 187 yards and five touchdowns.

Harris, who joins the Badgers with two years of eligibility remaining, is one of two tight ends to commit to the program since the transfer portal opened, joining Southern Illinois' Ryan Schwendeman. The two will be tasked with replacing the team-leading production from 2025 starter Lance Mason, who recently entered the NFL draft.
Wisconsin has been busy to start the transfer cycle, adding starters at quarterback, center, running back and more. The team's work will continue through the rest of January.
