Over the past few weeks, Jayson Tatum and his camp have been posting workout videos to social media. Each video has shown a steady progression in Tatum's rehab work, going from stationary shooting to movement drills and some no-contact one-on-one vs. his trainers. Of course, there is still a long way to go before the All-NBA forward is cleared to play through contact, let alone begin ramping up for a return to the court.
Nevertheless, Boston Celtics fans are slowly becoming more hopeful that Tatum will return to Joe Mazzulla's rotation before the end of the season, even if it's on a minutes restriction. The fact that Boston is currently third in the Eastern Conference and on track for a potentially deep postseason run is likely playing a part in that hopeful thinking.

During a recent episode of "The Greg Hill Show," the hosts debated whether we will see Tatum this season, or if the Celtics front office will decide to shut him down until the summer, when he can get a full training camp in and work through the rust during the early parts of the 2026-27 campaign.
