The San Francisco 49ers close the regular season with a game of monumental stakes, and their star tight end is on track to be a part of it. George Kittle, who sat out last week's win over the Chicago Bears with an ankle injury, told reporters Wednesday he "absolutely" plans to suit up against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 18.

Kittle has been limited in practice this week after missing all three sessions the week prior. The seven-time Pro Bowler said Wednesday he felt "fabulous" and was excited to help San Francisco bolster its playoff position.

This game is for the NFC West crown. The winner will take the division in addition to the NFC's No. 1 seed and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. It would be the 49ers' third division title in the last four years, while the Seahawks haven't claimed one since 2020.

Kittle will be integral to the 49ers' chances Saturday. The 32-year-old comes into the game with 52 catches, 599 yards and seven touchdowns on the season. His blocking will be additionally valuable against Mike Macdonald's vaunted defense.

The 49ers and Seahawks will battle for NFC West supremacy at 8 p.m. ET in San Francisco.
