President Donald Trump spent his holidays at his Winter White House in Florida, hosting his annual New Year's Eve party at Mar-a-Lago and making frequent visits to his nearby golf course.
It is no secret that the president loves golf. The Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach is one of over a dozen golf clubs the president owns around the world. In warmer months, he often visits one of his northeast courses in Potomac Falls, Virginia, or Bedminster, New Jersey.

How much time did he spend on the greens in Florida, and who did he spend it with? Here is what we know:

How many days did Trump golf over the holidays?
Trump visited his golf course 12 days out of the 16 days he was in Florida from Dec. 20, 2025, until Jan. 4, 2026, according to pool reports.
However, pool reporters who accompanied the president on outings did not always see his activities while he was at the golf club.
USA TODAY asked the White House for confirmation of his golf activities but did not hear back.

Who did Trump golf with?
The White House also did not respond to questions about who joined Trump on the golf course.

However, U.S. Ambassador to Ireland Ed Walsh on Dec. 21 posted a photo from the golf course with Trump and others, including 2025 Ryder Cup captain for Europe Luke Donald.
Kid Rock, a longtime supporter of Trump's and a musician who played at the 2024 Republican National Convention, also posted on Instagram about golfing with the president.
"Golfed with your favorite President again recently and he played me a live version of James Brown and (Luciano Pavarotti) performing 'This is a (Man’s) World' - Can’t believe I have never heard this. Incredible," the musician posted on Dec. 29, though it was not clear if the two played during the holidays.
