Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay is known for his jubilation on the sidelines during games. He gets pumped for his players, big plays and especially when his team wins.
The Rams mic'd up their head coach during the team's 2025 regular-season finale against the Arizona Cardinals. It was a big game for L.A., as the 37-20 victory sealed the No. 5 in the NFC playoffs for the Rams and set them on a course to play the Carolina Panthers in the wild-card round.

It's easy to see why players enjoy competing for McVay. He talks throughout the whole game to try and figure out the best means of attack and always takes the opportunity to uplift his players.
The team will need as much encouragement as possible as they head into the postseason.
