The Las Vegas Raiders hold the top pick in the draft with a 2-14 record. The Cardinals are one of four teams with a 3-13 record (along with the New York Giants, New York Jets and Tennessee Titans). However, as has been the case for weeks, they have a stronger strength of schedule, which puts them behind all the other three-win teams.
