Thunder vs. Warriors: How to watch, stream, injury report for Friday

After winning two of three on the road, the Golden State Warriors will return home on Friday for the first game of the 2026 new year. Waiting for the Warriors is the red-hot NBA defending champion Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Thunder have won three straight on the way to a league-best 29-5 record. While trying to figure out how to slow down reigning MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, the Warriors will be short-handed on Saturday night in San Francisco. Steph Curry, Draymond Green, Jimmy Butler, and De'Anthony Melton have all been ruled out for Friday's primetime contest. Friday's contest will be the first leg of a home back-to-back with the Utah Jazz scheduled for Saturday night.
