Livingstone committed to Oklahoma via the transfer portal on Jan. 6, choosing his former school's archrival in a rare move. The 6-foot-4 receiver was Arch Manning's roommate.

Livingstone entered the transfer portal on Jan. 3, noting his decision to leave was "out of my control." He chose the Sooners over Indiana, taking visits to both schools.
"Never in a million years did I think I would be going into the portal looking for a new home," he wrote on social media. "Some things are out of my control. Such is the reality of the ever-changing landscape of college football."
The redshirt freshman in 2025 caught 29 passes for 516 yards with six touchdowns, ranking third in catches and yards for the Longhorns. He has three years of eligibility remaining and was tabbed as the No. 68 overall transfer and No. 16 receiver, according to 247Sports' Composite rankings.
