Tennessee Titans make flurry of roster moves ahead of Week 18

The battered Tennessee Titans entered the weekend with a ton of injury questions left to answer before their Week 18 kickoff with the Jacksonville Jaguars. On Saturday, they answered a couple of those.

The Titans announced that cornerback Jalyn Armour-Davis (Achilles) and wide receiver Van Jefferson were being placed on injured reserve, and in their place, edge Ali Gaye (knee) and wide receiver Bryce Oliver (knee) were being activated from injured reserve.

Both Gaye and Oliver entered the weekend questionable on the injury report, but both practiced fully all week and should be active to help offset the loss of Jefferson and edge Arden Key, who was declared out for Sunday’s contest. Both players were removed from the injury report following their activation.

The Titans also signed cornerback Kemon Hall from the practice squad to the 53-man roster to finish off the 2025 season. Hall had been a standard elevation for the past two weeks and has played the majority of his snaps since rookie Marcus Harris went down in Week 16.

To round out the flurry of activity, Tennessee announced that they were using a standard elevation to make tight end Cole Turner available for Sunday. Tuner should help offset the loss of rookie tight end Guannar Helm, who will miss this game with a toe injury.

The Titans still have some questions in their secondary with starting safety Amani Hooker doubtful for the contest.
