Spartans Transfer Portal Tracker

The college football transfer portal officially opened at the stroke of midnight last night. Up to this point, TOC has kept a list of Spartans who have announced they were going to be entering the portal. Now we will begin a new tracker with players who officially submit their names. We will also use this to update you with where those players end up as well as new players who will be bringing their talents to East Lansing.
