Louisville football is expected to lose two more assistant coaches.
Defensive coordinator Ron English and defensive line coach Mark Hagen will not be retained, according to ESPN's Pete Thamel. English is reportedly stepping away for a year to watch his son, Seth English, play his final season as a safety at Navy.

Both coaches came to Louisville with head coach Jeff Brohm in 2022. The Cardinals are also losing tight ends coach Ryan Wallace, who left for the same position at Oregon State. Wallace has yet to be replaced.
