Real Madrid have been monitoring Marc Guéhi’s last performances for Crystal Palace and appear to be interested in the defender, according to a report from AS. Guéhi’s current deal with the London-based club expires next summer and he will be allowed to negotiate with other clubs on January 1st.
Los Blancos had also been interested in other defenders like Liverpool’s Ibrahima Konaté and Bayern Munich’s Dayot Upamecano, whose contracts are set to expire next summer. However, it seems they are now ready to look elsewhere, and Guéhi could be an option for them.

Guéhi is 25 years old and has been performing at a very high level for Crystal Palace, so it would make sense for Real Madrid to sign him as a free agent considering that veteran defenders David Alaba and Antonio Rudiger are almost certainly going to leave the club when their contracts expire next summer.
