Granted, it is reports and rumors.

But still, those reports have to come from somewhere, right?

Either way, the Ravens are now on the lookout for another head coach to take charge of this team.

But for Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken, who was on the Ryan Ripken Show, he gave his thoughts on the rumors.

"Lamar and I, to me, had a good relationship," Monken said. "Could have been better, of course. Lamar and I never had an issue, I don't know where that comes from. I never saw Lamar and Coach Harbaugh not have a great relationship.

"I never saw Coach Harbaugh and any of our players not have a great relationship. Never. So any of that would be news to me, but I don't know how people feel."

Ravens going through significant changes

Harbaugh is the biggest one. Not to mention the host of free agents the franchise has to decide to either keep or move on, with Isaiah Likely the headline.

Then there is Monken himself, who has been requested to take head coaching interviews.

So that is a lot of moving and shaking for an organization that has been so stable over the years.

Maybe, after 18 years with Harbaugh, it was just time for a new voice.

Either way, the winds of change are blowing through the franchise, and how this looks in 2026 is going to be a fascinating watch.
