As one of the teams playing on Saturday this week, the Los Angeles Rams had to move all of their usual preparation up one day. Rather than practicing from Wednesday to Friday, they'll hold a walkthrough on Tuesday, followed by practices on Wednesday and Thursday.
Because they didn't practice today, the Rams' initial injury report is an estimation of players' participation. Davante Adams is making his way back from a hamstring injury that has kept him out for the last three weeks, but he's expected to return on Saturday. He was a full participant in practice for the first time since going down in Week 15.

Jordan Whittington is dealing with a knee injury suffered in Sunday's win over the Cardinals, so his status will be monitored during the week. Quentin Lake is also expected to return and was a full participant on Tuesday, while Kevin Dotson was listed as a non-participant once again to start the week; Sean McVay is unsure if he'll play against the Panthers.
Terrance Ferguson, who's expected to play in Saturday's game, was held out on Tuesday, but McVay previously said the team would be smart with his hamstring injury early in the week. Josh Wallace didn’t participate, either, and both Braden Fiske and Tyler Higbee were limited, too.
Below is the full injury report for both teams.
