The Las Vegas Raiders might attempt to poach a coach from their divisional rival this offseason.
In addition to putting in a request to interview Denver Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph, the Raiders have also requested an interview with offensive pass game coordinator and quarterbacks coach Davis Webb, according to a report from NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

Webb, 30, is a former backup quarterback who Sean Payton convinced to retire and switch to coaching during the 2023 offseason. After two seasons coaching Denver's QBs, Webb was given a promotion to offensive pass game coordinator.
Webb is well-regarded by coaches and players, and he is widely expected to eventually become a head coach, but a stint as an offensive coordinator might be a more logical progression in his coaching career. The Raiders want to interview him for their head coach opening, though, and they might not be the only team to do so in 2026.
