Another offseason usually means another head coaching search for the Raiders. Monday they fired Pete Carroll after just one season with the team. The Raiders finished 3-14 last season, tying them for the worst record in the NFL this past season. And even that record feels like it should have an asterisk by it because somehow they were even worse than their record would suggest.
There are a lot of good candidates for the Raiders open head coaching job out there. And there are sure to hold a great many interviews as they look to fill that job.
