Jan. 3—The Decatur Heritage boys basketball team rolled to another win Friday night.

The Class 2A, No. 2 Eagles took down East Lawrence 81-46, improving to 12-5 on the season in the process,

Decatur Heritage wasted no time taking control of the game, building a 27-11 lead by the end of the first quarter and leading 47-20 at halftime,

Jordan Davis continued to rack up points this season, leading Heritage with a game-high 25 points. Karter Jeffries added 15 points, while Sam Gardner had 14.

Malik Hullett led East Lawrence with 13 points and Javian Smith had 10.

Hartselle girls 53, East Limestone 32: Hannah Burks poured in 24 points on Friday as the Tigers rolled to a big win.

Kate Hovis led East Limestone with 13 points.

East Limestone boys 60, Hartselle 51: Coleby Davis finished with 23 points to lead East Limestone to a key win on Friday.

Charlie Eslick added 18 points for the Indians. Gray Bennich led Hartselle with 20, while Reed Springer and Aiden Pointer each had 10.

Clements boys 81, Danville 68: Jake Fleming scored 23 points and Grayson Borden had 22 for the Colts on Friday.

Ty Bailey led Danville with a game-high 24 points, while Tristyn Barrett added 17.

Decatur girls 47, Fairhope 37: Decatur continued its dominant season by improving to 17-2 with a win on Wednesday.

Pashence Long led the way for the Red Raiders with 13 points, while Jenny Mitchell added 10.

East Limestone boys 67, Ardmore 43: Coleby Davis had a double-double, scoring 17 points and grabbing 12 rebounds in the Indians' final game of the Ardmore Christmas Classic on Tuesday.

Chris Fitts added 17 points.

East Limestone boys 75, Lauderdale County 38: Kayne Meyers scored 17 points as the Indians picked up a win on Monday.

Lonnie Dunbar added 13 and Zay Sales had 12.
