The Green Bay Packers have made their decision about the playing status of cornerback Trevon Diggs for the Week 18 game against the Minnesota Vikings.

According to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, Diggs will make his Packers debut on Sunday versus Minnesota just days after being claimed off waivers.

However, Fowler adds that the Packers are going to rest key starters, which has been the expectation all week given the fact that Green Bay can't move up in the wild-card standings.

"The Packers (locked into the 7 seed) will rest a significant number of key players today, but newly acquired corner Trevon Diggs will make his Green Bay debut vs. Vikings. He will see some action," Fowler reported.
