GLENDALE, AZ — Ole Miss football is without one of its top players in the second quarter of the Fiesta Bowl.
Running back Kewan Lacy may have a hamstring injury, according to the ESPN broadcast. He was seen on the sideline bike after running for a 73-yard touchdown on the first play of the second quarter.

Lacy appeared to slow down as he neared the end zone on the long run. It was an excellent play in an otherwise subpar performance from the Ole Miss offense in the first half.
The No. 6 Rebels (13-1) are facing the No. 10 Hurricanes (12-2) in the semifinals of the College Football Playoff (6:30 p.m., ESPN) on Jan. 8. The game is in the second quarter at State Farm Stadium.
Lacy has not returned to the game since the run. Backup Logan Diggs came in for the following drive.
Kewan Lacy stats
It would be a major blow for the Rebels to lose Lacy. He was a Doak Walker award finalist this season, which is given out to the most outstanding running back in the nation.
