How to watch Iowa women’s basketball signee McKenna Woliczko return

After a long road to recovery from ACL and meniscus surgery in late January 2025, prized 2026 Iowa women's basketball signee McKenna Woliczko will be making her much-anticipated season debut for Archbishop Mitty High School on Friday as the No. 3 nationally-ranked Monarchs (9-1) host Clovis (9-6).

The 6-foot-2 five-star forward from San Bruno, Calif., signed with the Hawkeyes on Nov. 12 and is ranked as the nation's No. 6 player by ESPN, Rivals, and 247Sports in the 2026 class. According to 247Sports, she is the country's No. 2 power forward and the No. 2 player from California.

Woliczko is Iowa's highest-ranked signee since Caitlin Clark in 2020 and also Iowa's highest-ranked signee under second-year head coach Jan Jensen.

Before her injury sustained early in January 2025, Woliczko had been averaging 22.2 points and 8.6 rebounds per game while shooting 59% from the field.
