While the Falcons' 2025 campaign has not gone as planned, former Longhorn star Bijan Robinson gave fans a reason to celebrate on Monday night. Against the Los Angeles Rams, the Arizona native etched his name into the Falcons' history books with another stellar performance. As Atlanta pulled off the upset, the 23-year-old was at the center of their success.

In primetime, the former first-round pick recorded 195 rushing yards on 22 carries. He also hauled in five passes for 34 yards while finding the end zone twice. Following his latest masterpiece, Robinson has 2,255 all-purpose yards, the most in franchise history in a single season. Entering play on Monday, that record had belonged to William Andrews.

With one game left in the regular season, Robinson only needs nine more yards to set a new career high. In his third NFL season, he has shown why he is one of the best running backs in the NFL. Despite the team's struggles, the former Longhorn has remained a human highlight reel.

Now that another record is in the books, Robinson will hope to finish the regular season strong. He is currently averaging a career-high 5.3 yards per carry and has been much more involved in the passing game with a career-high 810 receiving yards. Those numbers show just how impactful he can be with the ball in his hands.

The Falcons' offensive weapon will get one last chance to shine on Sunday against the New Orleans Saints. That should be a favorable matchup for Robinson as the Saints currently have a 6-10 record. If Robinson can replicate his performance from Monday, then the Falcons should be able to finish the season with a win and some momentum heading into the offseason.
