Florida football WR Dallas Wilson re-signs with Gators for 2026 season

Florida football wide receiver Dallas Wilson has announced that he will be back with the Gators next season.

"It’s a revenge season," Wilson told Florida Victorious. "I’m coming back for everything. Everybody that doubted us or talked about us… we’re coming back. Just know that.”

As a true freshman, Wilson showed promise despite his season being cut short with a broken right foot. Wilson recorded 12 catches for 174 yards and three touchdowns, the bulk of which came in the Gators’ upset win over Texas.

The 6-foot-3, 213-pound receiver was ranked No. 19 overall player in the Class of 2025 by On3. He was also ranked the No. 3 player in the state of Florida by 247Sports. The Tampa Bay Tech product recorded 130 catches, 2,424 yards and 30 touchdowns in his high school career.

Wilson is one of four Gators that also recently announced their intention to return for next season which included edge rusher LJ McCray, safety Bryce Thornton and backup quarterback Tramell Jones Jr.

Florida’s leading receiver Vernell Brown III, who led the Gators with the 40 catches and 512 yards as a true freshman, has also announced his plans to return to Gainesville for the 2026 season.
