Falcons fire head coach Raheem Morris, GM Terry Fontenot

The Atlanta Falcons have fired head coach Raheem Morris and general manager Terry Fontenot following Sunday's win over the New Orleans Saints. Morris was hired in 2024 and went 16-18 in two seasons as head coach, finishing 8-9 in both years.

Fontenot has been the general manager since 2021 and has yet to produce a winning season. Despite the Falcons finishing the season on a four-game winning streak, the team has decided to make sweeping changes ahead other 2026 NFL offseason.
