Following another missed playoff appearance, the Indianapolis Colts' owners, Carlie Irsay-Gordon, Casey Foyt, and Kalen Jackson, wrote a letter to the fanbase.
Along with missing the postseason, ownership has made the decision to retain Chris Ballard as the team's general manager.

In Ballard's nine seasons at the helm, the Colts have had just two playoff appearances -- including none since 2020 -- one playoff win, and no division titles.
When Irsay-Gordon addressed the media on Monday, she began the press conference by extending a heartfelt gratitude to the fans. She adds that fans have a right to be upset with how the year ended. "I'm pissed. We are all pissed," Irsay-Gordon said on Monday.
