The Arizona Cardinals have another candidate to replace Jonathan Gannon as head coach. This one was recently let go from his last head coaching job.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Cardinals have scheduled an interview with former Atlanta Falcons head coach Raheem Morris. Morris also has interviews with the New York Giants and Tennessee Titans.

According to NFL Media's Tom Pelissero, all three interviews are in the next eight days and all in person.
Morris has been a head coach two times for two different teams and was the interim coach for one of them, too. He coached the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2009-2011, going 17-31. He was the interim coach for Falcons in 2020 and then returned to be head coach for the last two seasons He went 16-18 over the last two years and was let go this week.
He was also the defensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams from 2021-2023.
He has been coaching in the NFL since 2002. He has been with the Falcons, Bucs, the Washington Redkins and Rams. He has been a defensive quality control coach a defensive assistant, a defensive backs coach, a receivers coach, a passing game coordinator and an assistant head coach in addition to being the head coach and defensive coordinator.

Morris is one of seven candidates the Cardinals want to interview that we know of.
