Denver Broncos fans are rallying behind the team's backup quarterback.
After losing Bo Nix to a season-ending ankle injury, Denver will start Jarrett Stidham against the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship game on Sunday. To show support for Stidham, Broncos fans have repurposed an old LeBron James meme with the hashtag #StiddyParty.

Here's just a small sample of the reaction:
Stidham, 29, has not attempted a pass in a regular season game since 2023, but he played well during preseason last August. Denver's considered a home underdog after losing Nix, but Stidham and Co. are just one win away from a trip to the Super Bowl.
If the Broncos upset the Patriots, they will advance to Super Bowl LX at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California. Ten years ago, Denver defeated New England in the 2015 AFC title game before going on to win Super Bowl 50 at Levi's Stadium.
