On one concerning note, regardless of the fun occasion, the health status of quarterback Josh Allen will be watch heavily. Will Allen even play? If so, how much?
It goes without saying, he has to be healthy for the playoffs.

Similar to Allen, there are other injured players on the Bills roster that could stand to use a rest. In addition, those not hurt could avoid injury by not playing.
It could be a mixed lineup in Week 18.
Cook's title

A huge One pretty huge milestone to watch (and consider in terms of a starter playing) relates to running back James Cook. He has the most rushing yards among NFL running backs in 2025 with 1,606.
Will he get enough touches to keep the league lead? Cook currently leads it by 47 yards over the Indianapolis Colts' Jonathan Taylor.
