The Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday Night Football to earn themselves a spot in the 2025 playoff picture — with plenty of Week 18 studs and duds to recognize.
From a veteran quarterback who put together an exceptional performance to a few players who almost cost Pittsburgh their AFC North title, here’s a look at the biggest winners and losers from the Week 18 victory over the Ravens.

Winners
Aaron Rodgers
Rodgers proved he could lead an effective passing attack without DK Metcalf — throwing for 294 yards and a touchdown as he led his Steelers to their first AFC North title since the 2020 season.
Jaylen Warren
Warren looked like a man on a mission in the Week 18 win over Baltimore, rushing for 66 yards on just 14 carries and catching five passes for another 33 yards.
Cameron Heyward
From assisting on Pittsburgh’s version of the tush push to making massive plays against the Ravens’ rushing attack, Heyward deserves his flowers for his outstanding play on Sunday.
Kenneth Gainwell
Leading Pittsburgh’s offense with 64 receiving yards, Gainwell reminded everyone why he was voted the 2025 Steelers MVP. Gainwell has been a true gem in his debut season with Pittsburgh and played a huge role in the Week 18 victory.

Calvin Austin
No Metcalf? No problem. Austin stepped up in a huge way, catching three passes for 55 yards and hauling in the game-winning touchdown to send his Steelers to the playoffs.
Honorable mentions: Pat Freiermuth, Adam Thielen, Tyler Loop
Losers
Jalen Ramsey
To put it lightly — Ramsey was absolutely torn apart on Sunday Night Football. From getting burned by Ravens wide receiver Devontez Walker for a 38-yard touchdown grab to almost losing the game by going for an interception instead of breaking up a fourth-down pass intended for tight end Isaiah Likely in field-goal range, Ramsey was arguably the weakest link in Week 18.

Chris Boswell
He can’t be perfect every week, but his PAT blunder almost cost Pittsburgh a spot in the 2025 playoffs. Luckily, Ravens kicker Tyler Loop’s costly miss allowed Boswell to make up for his own mistake with a strong performance in the wild-card round of the playoffs against the Houston Texans.
