The 2025 regular season has come to a close for the Minnesota Vikings. Retirements, potential coaching changes, player personnel additions, and much more will be the headlines for the off-season, but for today, we take a look at the Vikings' fifth win in a row, taking them to 9-8 on the year.
For one final time this season, let's take a look at the winners and losers from their 16-3 win over the Green Bay Packers.

Winner: Justin Jefferson
Well, it only took 12 weeks since his last time hitting this milestone, but Justin Jefferson hit 100 yards in a game. Jefferson was connecting with J.J. McCarthy early and often, and the tandem almost connected on a red-zone touchdown. It was a disappointing year for Jefferson, but this is certainly a positive way to end the year as he enters a very interesting off-season.
Loser: J.J. McCarthy
Why J.J. McCarthy was even active for today's game is maybe another discussion for another time, but he played and once again left the game early due to injury. He suffered a hairline fracture in his throwing hand against the Giants two weeks ago, sat last week, but started this week and re-injured that hand. We've spoken about this a ton this year, and this topic will surround the entire off-season, but there are some major decisions to make surrounding this position for the Vikings.

Winner: C.J. Ham and Harrison Smith
Double winners for this one, as this duo is paired together, likely their last games in a Vikings uniform. Ham scored a touchdown today, a one-yard FB dive, and Smith got a beautiful curtain call late in the fourth quarter, all but signaling this was his final game. This duo has meant a ton to this organization over their careers, and will be sorely missed if this is it.
Loser: Max Brosmer Believers
It's come to my attention that there's a large majority of Vikings fans who fully believe in the future of Max Brosmer. I wrote a piece right after Christmas saying he should not be on this roster in 2026, as he stinks. That piece seemed to kick the hornet's nest online. I only have this to show those who believe he can be a quality quarterback in the NFL:
