It’s been a busy year for girls athletes across Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties in 2025.
Here is a list of the top 46 girls athletes, in alphabetical order.
I’ll be focusing on the athletes top accomplishments, not necessarily every sport they competed in or accolade they received.

At the bottom of the list will be a poll to choose who you feel was the best of 2025.
The poll will be open one week until Jan. 7 at noon.
Madelyn Abler, class of 2025, Random Lake
Abler made second team all-state in Division 4 and 5 by the Wisconsin Fastpitch Softball Coaches Association, hitting .585 with seven home runs, 43 RBIs and 38 runs scored.
Kaelin Adair, class of 2025, Mishicot
Adair was second team all-Divisions 4 and 5 by the WFSCA after batting .459 and had 32 RBIs with five home runs.
Brooke Arnoldi, sr., Sheboygan Falls
Arnoldi placed fourth in diving at the WIAA Division 2 state swimming and diving meet with a score of 349.70 for the Kohler/Lutheran/Falls girls swimming team.

Olivia Bahr, class of 2025, Cedar Grove-Belgium
Bahr was honorable mention all-state as a defender for the Cedar Grove-Belgium girls soccer team by the Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Association.
Abigail Beaumont, jr., Sheboygan Falls
Beaumont was honorable mention all-state in Division 2 by the Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association.
Maggie Behler, jr., Kohler
Behler, the 2024 Lakeshore Elite girls cross country runner of the year, won the WIAA Division 3 state cross country title with a time of 18 minutes and 22.5 seconds. She was also the 2025 Lakeshore Elite girls track and field athlete of the year after winning silver at the WIAA Division 3 state meet in the 3,200-meters with a time of 10 minutes and 37.11 seconds and taking bronze in the 1,600 (4:56.84). She was also a member, along with teammates Lillian Pociask, Sophia Kwacz and Ella Loest, of the Blue Bombers state-champion 3,200 relay (9:34.31).

Angie Bianchi, sr., Two Rivers
Bianchi won the WIAA state girls wrestling championship at 120-pounds. The 2025 Lakeshore Elite girls wrestler of the year defeated Manitowoc Lincoln’s Emjay Neumann in the state title match in a 7-5 decision.

Taylor Brigham, class of 2025, Sheboygan Lutheran
Brigham averaged 16.8 ppg and 8.6 rpg while making honorable mention all-state in Division 5 by the Wisconsin Basketball Association.
Kasey Brouchoud, class of 2025, Mishicot
Brouchoud was first team all-state in Divisions 4 and 5 by the WFSCA. She had 34 RBIs and hit five home runs while hitting .414.
Macy Bruggink, sr., Oostburg
Bruggink made honorable mention all-state in Division 3 by the WVCA.

Tessa Campbell, class of 2025, Manitowoc Lincoln
Campbell earned bronze in the Division 1 400 (56.70) at the WIAA state track and field meet.
Makayla Dallas, class of 2025, Valders
Dallas batted .486 with four home runs, 25 RBIs and 30 runs scored while being named honorable mention all-state in Divisions 2 and 3 by the WFSCA.
Jenna Dirks, sr., Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah
Dirks placed third to win bronze in the discus with a distance of 129-feet and 6-inches at the WIAA Division 3 state track and field meet.
Cora Erickson, class of 2025, Cedar Grove-Belgium
Erickson, a standout on the Cedar Grove-Belgium girls soccer team, became the state’s all-time leader in goals (246) and points (566) while scoring 59 goals this season which was second in the state. The 2025 Lakeshore Elite girls soccer player of the year was second team all-state from the WSCA.

Arden Getschman, jr., Cedar Grove-Belgium
Getschman has a terrific sophomore season for the Cedar Grove-Belgium girls soccer team. She was tied for seventh in the state with 100 points, tied for 10th with 36 goals and was third in the state with 28 assists.
Madyson Gutschow, sr., Kiel
Gutschow was honorable mention all-state in Division 3 by the WVCA.
Mya Grams, sr., Sheboygan North
Grams made honorable mention all-state as a forward for the Sheboygan North girls soccer team.
Brielle Hamilton, class of 2025, Sheboygan North
The defender on the Golden Raiders girls soccer team earned honorable mention all-state honors by the WSCA.

Megan Hochkammer, sr., Valders
Hochkammer earned honorable mention all-state honors by the WVCA in Division 3.
Mollie Junk, jr., Manitowoc Lincoln
Junk was named honorable mention all-state in Division 1 by the WVCA.
Ady Ketterhagen, sr., Oostburg
Ketterhagen, the 2025 Lakeshore Elite girls basketball player of the year, was named first-team Division 3 by the WBCA. She averaged 22.5 ppg for the state-champion Oostburg girls basketball team, and became the program’s leading scorer in 2025.
Kinsley Ketterhagen, so., Oostburg
The freshman, who holds multiple NCAA Division 1 offers including from Wisconsin and Michigan State, was first team all-state in Division 3 by the WBCA after averaging 20.1 ppg for the state-champion Flying Dutchmen.

Riley Ketterhagen, sr., Oostburg
Riley earned honorable mention all-state honors in Division 3 by the WBCA after averaging 16.2 ppg and 3.4 assists per game. She also crossed the 1,000-point plateau for her career with the Oostburg girls basketball team.

Kennedy Kneser, sr., Oostburg
Kneser placed third in the discus (131-6) at the WIAA Division 2 state track and field meet.
Kalli Knowles, sr., Plymouth
Knowles was ninth in the state in goals with 39 and 10th in points with 87 for the Plymouth girls soccer team and was second team all-state by the WSCA.

Paige Kurtz, class of 2025, Plymouth
Kurtz, a goalkeeper for the Plymouth girls soccer team, was honorable mention all-state by the WSCA.
Karsyn Krause, class of 2025, Mishicot
Krause was honorable mention all-state in Divisions 4 and 5, batting .386 with 20 RBIs and 29 runs scored.
Maddison McDole, sr., Kiel
McDole earned a bronze medal in the high jump (5-5) at the WIAA Division 2 state track and field meet.
Marissa Mehlhorn, sr., Manitowoc Lutheran
Mehlhorn, a member of the state-champion Manitowoc Lutheran volleyball team, was first team all-state in Division 3 by the WVCA. She was also honorable mention all-state in Division 4 by the WBCA for the Lancers girls basketball team, averaging 13.9 ppg, 8.7 rpg and shooting 55.5% from the field.

Lydia Neeb, sr., Sheboygan Christian
Neeb made honorable mention all-state in Division 4 for the Eagles volleyball team.
Liz Neils, Sr., Kiel
Neils was honorable mention all-state in Division 3 by the WVCA.
Emjay Neumann, sr., Manitowoc Lincoln
Neumann finished second at 120, falling to Two Rivers’ Bianchi in the championship match.
Anna Olson, sr., Valders
Olson earned honorable mention all-state by the WVCA in Division 3.
Lillian Pociask, jr., Kohler
Pociask was eighth at the Division 3 state cross country championships, crossing the finish line in 19:25.7.
Sofia Rodriguez, sr., Sheboygan Christian
Rodriguez earned honorable mention all-state honors in Division 4 by the WVCA for the Sheboygan Christian volleyball team.

Ava Rothe, sr., Kiel
The Kiel volleyball player made honorable mention all-state in Division 3 by the WVCA.
Taavi Saeger, sr., Kiel
Saeger, the Kiel girls soccer player, was fourth in the state in both goals (48) and points (113) en route to being named honorable mentions all-state by the WSCA.
Kiran Sanford, class of 2025, Mishicot
Sanford, the 2025 Lakeshore Elite softball player of the year, struck out a Division 4 single-game record 20 batters in the state title game and her 31 strikeouts total in the two games were also a Division 4 record. She holds Mishicot’s record for most single-season and career strikeouts, wins and earned run average. Sanford had a .234 ERA with 355 strikeouts and just 18 walks. The WFSCA named Sanford the Division 4 player of the year while she also was the unanimous Big East North player of the year.

Addison Schliewe, class of 2025, Sheboygan Falls
Schliewe became the all-time leading scorer in school history, boys or girls, in 2025. She averaged a double-double with 18 ppg and 10.2 rpg en route to being named first team all-state in Division 3 by the WBCA. In the spring, Schliewe was honorable mention all-state as a defender for the Falcons girls soccer team by the WSCA.
Gracie Schmidt, sr., Cedar Grove-Belgium
The Cedar Grove-Belgium girls soccer player was second in the state in assists with 30 while her 64 points were 21st.
Mia Stolle, sr., Kohler
Stolle earned a sixth-place medal at the WIAA Division 2 state swim meet in diving with a score of 337.55 for the Kohler/Lutheran/Falls co-op.

Ava Stuebs, jr., Manitowoc Lutheran
Stuebs, the 2025 Lakeshore Elite volleyball player of the year, was named first team all-Division 3 by the WVCA.
Samantha Veldkamp, jr., Sheboygan Christian
Veldkamp was honorable mention all-state in Division 4 by the WVCA.
Addison Verhagen, class of 2025, Sheboygan Lutheran
Verhagen became the all-time leading scorer in Sheboygan Lutheran girls basketball history in 2025, averaging 20.5 ppg and being named first team all-state in Division 5 by the WBCA.
Abby Weidmayer, jr., Manitowoc Lincoln
The Manitowoc Lincoln volleyball player was named honorable mention all-state in Division 1 by the WVCA.

Nora Williams, jr., Sheboygan Falls
Williams won a pair of state medals at the WIAA Division 2 state swim meet, taking sixth in the 200-yard freestyle (1:58.04) and silver in the 500 freestyle (5:15.48).
