An injury to Ole Miss football star Kewan Lacy has a different running back playing in the Fiesta Bowl for the Rebels.
Logan Diggs is in at running back for the No. 6 seed Rebels against No. 10 Miami at State Farm Stadium in the College Football Playoffs semifinals game on Jan. 8.

Lacy exited after running for a 73-yard touchdown on the first play of the second quarter and has not returned.

Who is Logan Diggs?
Diggs' is Ole Miss' second-string running back behind Lacy.
He's a senior in his second season with the Rebels. Diggs previously played at LSU in 2023 and Notre Dame in 2022 and 2021.

Diggs entered the Fiesta Bowl with 179 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns. He's made five receptions for 45 yards this season.
