The 2025 NFL season is over. After the Washington Commanders defeated the Philadelphia Eagles in the regular-season finale on Sunday, the top of the order for the 2026 NFL Draft is now set.

The Commanders finished the season 5-12, having lost 10 of their final 12 games, and will pick seventh overall in April's draft. Washington entered Week 17 in the No. 7 position, but the Cleveland Browns defeated the Cincinnati Bengals, moving them below the Commanders.

However, Washington's win keeps them in the seventh spot. The Commanders and Browns were the only teams to finish 5-12, but Cleveland's strength-of-schedule percentage gave them the edge for the No. 6 spot.

  • 6. Cleveland Browns

  • 9. Kansas City Chiefs
