Vote for SW Florida's 2025 Football Defense Player of the Year

The News-Press and Naples Daily News have announced their 2025 Fall All-Area team selections, including football.

We honored Southwest Florida's top defensive players by naming First Team, Second Team, and Honorable Mentions lists.

We also named a Player of the Year from among the First-Teamers in Cape Coral cornerback Al'mirian Thomas.
