USF junior receiver Keshaun Singleton, the top target for Byrum Brown during the Bulls’ 9-3 regular season, reportedly will enter the NCAA transfer portal when it opens Friday.
On3Sports first reported Singleton’s decision early Tuesday afternoon. His departure means the Bulls — who enter 2026 with new coach Brian Hartline — lose three of their top four pass catchers from this past fall, including Chas Nimrod (also entering the portal) and graduate Mudia Reuben.

Brown also has announced his intention to enter the portal, as have no fewer than a half-dozen other Bulls players including defensive backs Jarvis Lee and Fred Gaskin, last season’s fifth- and sixth-leading tacklers, respectively.
A 6-foot-3 junior from Norcross, Georgia, Singleton led USF in catches (50) and yards (877), and tied rookie Jeremiah Koger for the team lead with eight touchdown catches. Five of his TD receptions came in the last four games, which included receiving efforts of 122 and 125 yards in triumphs against UTSA and Rice, respectively.
The two-week portal window opens Friday and remains open until Jan. 16.
