Parker Livingstone is doing what few have, he's crossing the Red River. The current roommate of Texas Football quarterback Arch Manning has announced he will transfer to the Oklahoma Sooners. Livingstone entered the portal last week sparking national debate.
Livingstone caught 29 passes for 516 yards and 6 touchdowns in 2025. He has three seasons of eligibility remaining. The 6-foot-4 wide out also visited Indiana.

After redshirting in 2024, Livingstone emerged as a favorite target of roommate Arch Manning. The 191-pound WR was third among receivers this season, behind Ryan Wingo and DeAndre Moore Jr. in receiving yards.
Livingstone's commitment to OUT continues a hot portal run for the Sooners. Oklahoma has also signed UTSA defensive lineman Kenny Ozowalu.
Livingstone had three catches for 25 yards in the Longhorns’ 41-27 win over Michigan in the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl. The Lovejoy High School product was 3-star recruit in the 2024 class for the Longhorns.
