The Tennessee Titans (3-13) will take on the Jacksonville Jaguars (12-4) this Sunday afternoon at EverBank Stadium in their final game of the 2025 regular season.
Opening the week, the Titans were listed as 11.5-point road underdogs, but that spread has only worsened, with Jacksonville now at -13.5 as of this writing.

How does the Titans Wire staff see this Week 18 battle shaking out? Here's a look at our picks and score predictions.
Mark Mihalko: Jaguars 21, Titans 10
Behind their stout run defense, the Jaguars keep the Titans in check early on and jump out to an early lead. Cam Ward settles in and starts bringing the Titans back, but a late turnover allows the Jaguars to seize control and enter the playoffs on a high note.
Serena Burks: Jaguars 30, Titans 24
The Jags need this win to clinch the AFC South, although their playoff berth is secure. The Titans obviously have no postseason in front of them, but they look like they're improving each week, and we can't ask for much more than that. The problem is that the Titans' improvement won't be enough to overcome the Jaguars' momentum heading into the playoffs. The Titans will put up a fight, and I don't think the Jags cover the 13.5-point spread, but Jacksonville will get the win in Week 18.

Dan Benton: Jaguars 27, Titans 26
The Jaguars have everything to play for and the Titans have nothing to play for. That pressure will hinder the Jags throughout the game, especially as the Titans hang tough and play carefree. In the end, Jacksonville will get it done, but they will have to scratch and claw for this victory.
Bryan Manning: Jaguars 24, Titans 16
The Jags have plenty to play for on Sunday. I don't think the Titans are going to roll over for them either, so they can move up a spot or two in the NFL draft order. This will be a competitive game. Tennessee has played so much better in recent weeks and is ending the season on a positive note, especially some of the younger players. However, Jacksonville is the better team with a lot to play for and will win.

Tyler Henry: Jaguars 31, Titans 13
The Jaguars still have plenty to play for and have been one of the best teams in the entire AFC this season. I expect this one to get out of reach in a hurry.
Joel Titus: Jaguars 35, Titans 20
The Jaguars still have something to play for, so I expect them to put up a lot of points. The Jaguars' pass offense has been high-flying since the acquisition of Jakobi Meyers, and the Titans' secondary has been pitiful. The Jaguars will exploit this matchup, and I see the Titans going winless against the division to finish this season.
