"I wanna say thank you to my whole Vol family," Gray announced. "With the Grace of God I will be entering the 2026 transfer portal."
The 6-foot-3, 288-pound defensive lineman appeared in two games for the Vols during the 2025 season. He totaled one tackle and 0.5 tackles for a loss against East Tennessee State on Sept. 6, 2025. Gray also appeared in Tennessee's contest versus New Mexico State in 2025.
He did not play in any games for the Vols in 2024 as a freshman and earned a redshirt. Gray went to Tennessee from C.H. Flowers High School in Springdale, Maryland.
Below are current student-athletes who plan to transfer from the Vols.
