The Los Angeles Rams traveled across the country for a Week 17 showdown with the Atlanta Falcons at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Monday night, and Sean McVay's team was handed a 27-24 loss.
Los Angeles' offense was horrendous for much of the night, and their defense wasn't much better. They came back to tie the game at 24 points in the fourth quarter, but Zane Gonzalez's field goal broke the tie with less than a minute to go.

As we do after every game, let's evaluate some of the best and worst performances from the Rams and hand out some credit and criticism to those who deserve it.
STUD: RB Kyren Williams
Los Angeles' offense didn't have many players to celebrate on Monday night, but Williams was great in this one. He rushed for 92 yards on an incredible 7.1 yards per attempt and caught three passes for an additional 38 yards.
DUD: QB Matthew Stafford
While Stafford broke the Rams' single-season record for passing touchdowns on Monday, he had far from his best game, completing just 57.9% of his passes for 269 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions, one of which was returned for a score.

STUD: LB Jared Verse
Verse didn't make the most positive impact on defense, finishing with six tackles and a quarterback hit. However, he did block a field goal and return it for a touchdown. That's worth a spot on the studs list.
DUD: LT D.J. Humphries
Without Alaric Jackson, the Rams turned to Humphries to protect Stafford's blindside. The former first-round pick was horrendous, getting called for multiple penalties that wiped out big plays, giving up pressure and whiffing on a block that led to a turnover on downs. Jackson can't come back soon enough.
STUD: P Ethan Evans
Evans deserves credit for his second-quarter punt that Jordan Whittington downed at Atlanta's 1-yard line. We need to celebrate strong special teams plays more.

DUD: Run defense
Falcons running back Bijan Robinson is one of the best in the game, and he showed why in this matchup. He rushed for 195 yards, including one carry that went for a 93-yard touchdown. The Rams had Robinson squared up for a tackle at or around the line-of-scrimmage multiple times, and they struggled to tackle the running back.
