Michigan State football's offense has lost a big piece to the transfer portal, with a wide receiver moving on from the program.

Chrishon McCray will be entering the transfer portal after one season in East Lansing. He came to MSU after two seasons with Kent State.

In his one season with MSU, the Avon (IN) native secured 24 catches for 330 yards and 3 touchdowns in 2025. PFF graded him as a 64.2 overall player, as well as a 70.2 run blocker. He will have one year of eligibility remaining.

McCray is the third wide receiver to depart via the portal, making MSU a major buyer of the position this portal season.
