Michigan State football is set to a host a high-level FCS safety for a visit this weekend.
Maine transfer safety Devin Vaught will reportedly visit Michigan State on Saturday, according to multiple reporters from 247Sports. Vaught is one of many transfer portal prospects that'll be visiting Michigan State this upcoming weekend.

Vaught played three seasons for Maine at the FCS level, with some impressive numbers in his two most recent seasons. He recorded 60 tackles, three interceptions (one returned for a touchdown) and five passes defended. In 2024, he had 43 tackles and three interceptions (two returned for touchdowns). In 2023, he only appeared in three games and redshirted.
Vaught is listed as a three-star transfer portal prospect on 247Sports. He will have two years of eligibility remaining.
