Michigan State football has a ton of spots to fill in the transfer portal over the next two weeks, and are looking to make moves quick and swiftly. The latest prospect that is set to visit Michigan State comes as a starter from an SEC program.

Nick Sharpe, a 6-foot-2 and 330 pound interior offensive lineman, will visit MSU on Monday.

A native of Gastonia, North Carolina, Sharpe spent the past season with South Carolina, where he made five starts and graded as the best interior offensive lineman the team had, per PFF. An injury sidelined him from playing, only allowing him to play one game until week seven.

Prior to his time in Columbia, Sharpe spent four seasons with Wake Forest, playing under current Michigan State OL coach Nick Tabacca. At Wake Forest, Sharpe appeared in 26 games and made 12 starts over four seasons. In 2024, his final year at Wake, he graded as a 73.2 player by PFF.

This will be Sharpe's sixth season in college, and will be his final year of eligibility.
