Iowa State is one of six remaining undefeated men's basketball teams left standing in Division I college basketball.

The Cyclones (14-0, 1-0 Big 12 Conference) kept their unbeaten run going with an 80-59 win over West Virginia in their conference play opener.

Iowa State has two contests lined up this week, including its second true road game of the year at Baylor on Wednesday, Jan. 7. The Cyclones will then return home on Saturday, Jan. 10 to host Oklahoma State.

Iowa State rankings update

For the third straight week, Iowa State held at No. 3 in both the AP and USA TODAY Sports Coaches' Polls. The Cyclones climbed up to No. 3 in both polls on Dec. 22 and have held there since.
